ETM CrossFit Levels of Coaching / Consultation
CrossFit Group Classes
These classes are theme based and will be designed based on the group of clients at ETM CrossFit during a given time frame. Programmes will be designed to address the needs of the beginner athlete right through to the more advanced. These classes aim to improve your capacity in the ten recognised fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is a comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
We focus our attention on being extraordinarily effective at coaching our clients to move efficiently to be able to realise their athletic potential and achieve their fitness and health goals.
If you wish to have private coaching either one on one or in small (self organised) groups then please be in-touch and we will organise a time to get started with you.
